A leading indicator of academic and social success for most high school students is their amount of involvement in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. At Atwater High School, we offer 23 athletic programs and numerous scholastic, community service, and common interest based clubs and academic organizations for students to become involved in.

We believe it‘s important for as many students as possible to participate in as many sports, clubs and activities as possible throughout their high school career. Upon graduation, we expect our students to be well-educated, physically fit, and socially active young adults prepared to enter into the next phase of their life as a productive and well-balanced people.

EPA's AirNow website and mobile app provide a simple interface for quickly checking current and forecast air quality information for planning daily activities and protecting your health. The app and website automatically display the current AQI (Air Quality Index) for your local area or any area you wish to check, and allow you to store multiple areas for quick reference.
